Hi there! Welcome to Elite Mail Suite. Let's take a closer look at your email activity.
Waiting for an answer to a proposal? Your activity report helps you choose a thoughtful next step, with the message and its engagement in one place.
Let's start in Latest activity and search for Atlas. Search by a subject or contact you recognise, so you can find a conversation without digging through your inbox. Open Maya's message to see its individual report.
Take a look at the timeline: one likely-human open, and no clicks. Read the recipient, time, and event together. You can also download a certificate for this message. An open is a useful signal, rather than proof that someone has read every word; the certificate records the tracked activity.
Next, open Elena's privacy-protected event. Some mail services fetch images automatically to protect privacy. Notice how the privacy fetch stays separate from likely-human engagement. Keeping those events separate helps you avoid following up just because a background service loaded an image.
Now open Email tracking and choose the last seven days. Use a shorter date range to concentrate on recent conversations. Give the report a moment to update, then review the selected period. Expand a message to see its events, then decide whether a helpful follow-up would add something useful.
Now you know how to read the activity behind a message. For more about open accuracy and privacy, open the linked written guide. Thanks for watching!

Crea una campagna e-mail personalizzata
Prepara i contatti, unisci i campi e rivedi il tuo lancio.

Hi there! Welcome to Elite Mail Suite. Let's prepare a personal campaign, without rushing the important checks.
Want to reach several contacts while still sounding like yourself? A campaign gives each person an individual message, with room for their name, company, and a considered follow-up.
Let's create a draft called Partner briefings. Start with a draft so you can review everything before anyone receives it. Check the sender and business details, then continue. Use a name that will be easy to find later, and check who the message will come from.
Add first-name and company fields, with fallback text. A fallback keeps the greeting readable when a contact has no first name. Write your message, add a three-day follow-up, then continue to recipients. Keep the message focused on one useful next step; the follow-up gives people time to respond.
Choose Maya and Jon, then continue. Choose the people this message is relevant to. Take a moment to check both recipients and the follow-up timing. Review the audience and timing together before moving on, especially when a follow-up is included.
Next, run preflight and read through the results. Preflight shows what still needs attention before a send. This draft needs sender setup before it can launch. Here, sender setup is incomplete, so keep the draft and finish that connection rather than trying to launch it.
Head back to Campaigns. Your draft is saved here. The saved draft means you can come back without losing your work. Finish the flagged checks before approving a live send. Once the flagged checks are resolved, review it again before approving the live campaign.
Your draft is saved, so you can finish those checks when you're ready. The linked campaign guide walks through each step. Thanks for joining me!

Condividi documenti e richiedi firme
Scegli un collegamento controllato o un flusso di lavoro per la firma dei PDF.

Hi there! Welcome to Elite Mail Suite. Let's share a document with more control, then prepare it for signing.
Sending a proposal is only the start of the conversation. A tracked document link helps you share the right version, choose how it can be accessed, and see which pages receive attention.
Let's open Files and documents, choose Tracked documents, and open the Atlas proposal. Preview the PDF first, so you know exactly what your recipient will see. Check the page order and readability before creating a link.
Show the page thumbnails and choose page two. Page thumbnails make a longer proposal easier to navigate. Now use the zoom controls for a closer look. Use the document zoom when you need to inspect small text; this changes your preview, not the original file.
Choose Create link to share, and give your link a name. Create a named link for this particular share. Turn off downloads, add a watermark, then create the link. Turning downloads off removes that option from the viewer; a watermark adds a visible reminder, without guaranteeing that a copy cannot be made.
Copy your new viewer link. Send the viewer link when you want this controlled reading experience. Attaching the original PDF instead gives the recipient a separate file.
Now check Maya's existing session: the pages viewed, and the time spent on each. Page views and time spent give you useful context for the next conversation. They are engagement signals, so ask about the proposal rather than assuming that a long view means approval.
For signing, choose one person, upload your PDF, and enter the signer. For a signature, prepare a separate signing request. Apply the starting layout, position the signature field, then add a note before sending. Check the signer, place the field on the correct line, and review your note before sending the request.
You've seen how to control a document link and prepare signature fields. Open the linked PDF guide for more detail. Thanks for watching!

Imposta notifiche utili
Scegli gli eventi e i canali di avviso adatti al tuo lavoro.
Leggi la guida scrittaLeggi la trascrizione del video in inglese
Hi there! Welcome to Elite Mail Suite. Let's choose useful alerts, so it's easier to know when to follow up.
Useful alerts should help you respond, without pulling you away from your work all day. Choose the events you care about, then decide how you would like to hear about them.
Let's enable email activity notifications and save the delivery settings. Save the delivery channel first, so email alerts have somewhere to go. Your event rules are now available. Then choose the individual events that deserve an interruption.
Choose email for opens, desktop for clicks, and email for PDF views. You can use different channels for different signals. Each choice saves as you make it. For example, keep opens in email, and use a desktop alert for a link click you want to notice sooner.
Show all eight rules to see the timed follow-up options. Timed rules help when the important event is something that has not happened yet. Open the full list to see the available conditions.
For no reply, choose email and set the wait to forty-eight hours. A no-reply reminder gives you a clear time to check the conversation. That gives you a clear point to follow up. Forty-eight hours is this example; choose a wait that suits your customer and your message.
Finally, switch on the daily digest for a summary of completed campaigns. A daily digest is useful when you prefer one summary over repeated interruptions. Keep the alerts that help you act, and leave the rest off.
That's it! You've chosen your alerts and given yourself a clear follow-up reminder. For more notification options, open the linked written guide. Thanks for joining me!

Hi there! Welcome to Elite Mail Suite. Let's check your email activity while you're on the move.
Away from your desk when a customer gets back to you? The mobile web dashboard lets you check the conversation and its activity before deciding what to do next.
Let's open Elite in your phone's browser. Open the same Elite workspace in your mobile browser. Here is your workspace, with recent activity ready to check. This is the web dashboard, so you can review your reports without installing a separate phone app.
Open Latest activity and search for Atlas. Use search to go straight to the conversation you need. Tap Maya's message to see its report. A subject or contact name is usually quicker than scrolling through a busy activity list.
Scroll through the report to read the event and its classification. Read the classification as well as the time. Check the time alongside the message details. A likely-human event and a privacy fetch mean different things; keeping the message context nearby helps you judge the signal.
Now use the menu to open Email tracking and change the date range. The menu keeps the other reports within reach on a small screen. Take a moment to review the updated report on your phone. Choose the period you want to review, then give the report a moment to update before reading the numbers.
Your reports are there whenever you need a quick check from your phone. Open the linked mobile guide for more help. Thanks for watching!
