Gmail mobile add-on

How the Gmail mobile add-on works

The quick answer

The Gmail add-on provides a limited integration surface where installed. It is separate from the browser extension and is not a promise of automatic tracking for every mobile send or desktop feature parity.

Open Elite in your phone's browser. The responsive dashboard gives you the same workspace and recent activity.

Open Latest activity and search for Atlas. Select Maya's message to view its report.

Scroll through the report to inspect the event and its classification. Check the time and message context together.

Use the menu to open Email tracking and change the date range. You can review the updated report from your phone.

Review Gmail add-on availability

  1. Choose the Gmail add-on

Open the official Gmail add-on download/setup page and follow the installation route available for your account or administrator.

  2. Check your Gmail identity

Confirm the add-on is installed and authorized for the same Google account you use in the Gmail app.

  3. Use supported actions

Open the Gmail add-on surface and use the tracking action it exposes. The add-on is different from desktop extension controls.

  4. Verify in the dashboard

Review the registered message and classified activity from the web dashboard. Use desktop setup for workflows not offered by the add-on.
