Service and accounts

Elite Email Tracker provides engagement signals and derived analytics for supported webmail providers and browsers. You are responsible for your account credentials, team members, recipients, and activity performed through your installations. Administrators may invite, manage, and remove members and view team information according to configured roles.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful communications you are authorized to send and analyze. You may not use it for unlawful surveillance, harassment, credential theft, malware, deceptive redirects, spam, evading access controls, reverse engineering other users' data, or violating provider rules or another person's rights. You are responsible for notices, consent, suppression requests, and retention obligations that apply to your use.

Analytics limitations

Tracking pixels and redirects observe network requests. They cannot guarantee that a named person read a message or clicked a link. Image proxies, privacy relays, forwarding, caching, automated scanners, blocked images, offline clients, and user-agent reduction can create ambiguity or missing data. Classification, location, client, device, and confidence values are estimates and should not be treated as identity verification, precise location, or sole evidence for employment, credit, insurance, legal, or security decisions.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew for the selected billing period until canceled. Prices, included seats, activation limits, and features are shown at checkout. You can manage renewal through the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise. Taxes and refunds are handled as shown at purchase and as required by law.

Availability and changes

Webmail interfaces, browsers, privacy systems, and network intermediaries change independently of us. We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation or perfect attribution. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, or maintain security. Material changes will be reflected in these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for breach, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Team removal revokes team access and connected installation credentials. Provisions that by nature survive termination remain effective.
