Google cloud

Google cloud authorization provides identity and gmail.send for independently authored messages. Gmail outbox lets every customer compose, attach files, send, schedule, review status and cancel eligible queued work. Cloud access does not read Gmail messages, drafts, threads, attachments, replies or bounces.

Optional Google Sheets access uses drive.file. Connect the intended Google identity and choose a spreadsheet in Google Picker. A pasted spreadsheet ID does not authorize access. Manual and CSV imports remain available.

Gmail in the browser

The Chrome, Edge and Firefox extension keeps Gmail subjects, recipients, message IDs and tracking associations in account-scoped browser-local storage. It never uses Chrome Sync for these associations. The tracking service receives only random tracking identifiers and fresh link destinations, and returns generic activity that is joined to the message locally.

If registration, permission or quota checks fail, the draft remains intact. You can explicitly send untracked. Strict consent requires current permission evidence; unavailable or incomplete evidence blocks tracking. No confirmed open does not prove unread, and generic requests do not certify a named recipient.

Stop tracking prevents future collection. Delete removes collected events and the local association; already delivered links retain a minimal redirect. Signed-in account changes fence local history and late responses.

Native Gmail and mobile

Full native Gmail mailbox access and its restricted credentials stay on the device. Mailbox data does not enter cloud synchronization, cloud AI or external Apple Writing Tools. Device background restrictions can delay local work.

Native Gmail requires configured iOS/Android installed clients and an actually approved release. A source build or preview does not establish that availability. Downloads and the product show the configured release gate. The responsive dashboard remains available for independent cloud work.

The contextual Gmail Workspace add-on is a separate per-compose integration. Its independent tracking history is separate from browser-local and device-only Gmail mailbox associations.

Outlook and Yahoo

Connected Outlook retains its supported full mailbox, synchronization, attachments and reply-aware workflows. Outlook's native add-in is separate from the browser extension. Yahoo supports its browser compose/tracking flow and does not provide a synchronized cloud mailbox connection.

Managed environments

Provider administrators can restrict OAuth, installed clients, add-ons, extensions, external images or redirects. Review the application's actual requested permissions and current Privacy Policy. The same customer UI and scopes apply to reviewers.
