Use the cancellation action offered in Manage billing and read the effective date and remaining access. Uninstalling the extension or disconnecting a mailbox does not stop renewal.
Manage your subscription
Check the account and plan
Open Settings → Subscription for the active plan/status. Use Pricing for current feature limits and offers.
Open Manage billing
Use the hosted billing portal for the payment methods, invoices/receipts, renewal, and plan actions it offers.
Read the proposed change
Review the effective date, amount, interval, and any proration shown before confirming a plan or seat change.
Check your entitlement
Return to the dashboard after a payment change. Allow processing time and verify you are signed in with the upgraded account.
