Connect Salesforce and other CRMs

The quick answer

Supported CRM connections can synchronize contacts and tracked activity according to their configuration. Review plan, administrator setup, mapping, backfill state, and connection status before expecting a result.

Connect an automation or CRM

  1. Review the integration

Open Settings → Integrations. Native CRM connections depend on plan, configured provider credentials, and the connection's displayed readiness state.

  2. Connect with limited access

Use the provider's Connect flow for a native integration. Zapier and Make use scoped API tokens; select only the necessary event/contact/webhook/send scopes.

  3. Map the event or fields

Choose the event and matching contact identity. First-open, first-click, and first-document-view triggers measure different activity.

  4. Test and monitor

Use a fictional contact and controlled message. Confirm both the Elite event and the destination's result, including duplicate/retry handling.
