How to install Elite Email Tracker

The quick answer

Choose the official setup for your browser, authorize your Elite account, and reload your webmail. Chrome, Edge, and Firefox have separate download routes; managed installations may need an administrator.

Install and connect

  1. Choose your browser

    Open Downloads and select Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Follow the installation route shown there; some releases or managed environments use an administrator-deployed package.

  2. Authorize Elite

    Open the extension and connect it to your Elite account. Connecting a Gmail or Outlook mailbox for sending and synchronization is a separate provider authorization.

  3. Reload your inbox

    Refresh Gmail, Outlook on the web, or Yahoo Mail after installation. Open a new compose window so the extension can attach its controls.

  4. Run a clean test

    Send one rich-text message to a separate mailbox you control with tracking enabled. Review Latest activity rather than repeatedly opening your sent copy.
