  1. Review permissions

    Check connected Google/Microsoft mailboxes, authorized installations, API tokens, and CRM integrations.

  2. Remove stale access

    Revoke lost devices and unused clients. Disconnect integrations that no longer have a documented purpose.

  3. Protect the account

    Use a unique password and MFA where available. Keep signing/share links and API secrets out of public messages and screenshots.
