Privacy for Elite users

Remove Elite's access to your Gmail account

The quick answer

Disconnect the Google mailbox in Elite and review the corresponding grant in your Google account's third-party connections. This stops future provider-backed access; billing and historical tracking records have separate controls.

Remove provider or device access

  1. Disconnect in Elite

Use Mailboxes & sync for the relevant Gmail/Outlook connection, or Connected devices for an extension installation.

  2. Review the provider's connections

Open your Google or Microsoft account's third-party application access settings and find the exact Elite connection.

  3. Revoke the intended permission

Read the account and application identity before removing access. Several client integrations can appear as separate grants.

  4. Check the effects

Future sync and provider-backed work can stop. Existing tracking history follows retention policy; issued tracking/share links have separate lifecycle controls.
