Available methods are the ones offered by Elite's current checkout or billing portal for your account and region. Open the authenticated checkout to see your options, or contact support if the method you need is unavailable.
Manage your subscription
Check the account and plan
Open Settings → Subscription for the active plan/status. Use Pricing for current feature limits and offers.
Open Manage billing
Use the hosted billing portal for the payment methods, invoices/receipts, renewal, and plan actions it offers.
Read the proposed change
Review the effective date, amount, interval, and any proration shown before confirming a plan or seat change.
Check your entitlement
Return to the dashboard after a payment change. Allow processing time and verify you are signed in with the upgraded account.
