Complete settings guide

Settings is divided into Tracking, Inbox, Notifications, Integrations, Account, Subscription, and Privacy.

Tracking

Tracking indicators and privacy-aware classification remain enabled as product behavior. Turn open or link tracking on/off for an individual message in the compose control.

Branded tracking domains are available on eligible paid plans. Add a hostname such as links.example.com, publish the displayed CNAME and TXT verification records, then Verify. Active means DNS and encrypted route checks pass. Reputation flagged means filtering is possible and the domain should be remediated before use. Remove deletes the Elite configuration; clean up DNS separately.

Inbox

Inbox customization controls which extension features appear:

• Compose tools: tracking, templates, polls, files, and scheduling.
• Contact sidebar: relationship history and CRM details.
• All Files sidebar: searchable attachment view.
• Tracking indicators: read and engagement marks in sent mail.
• Reply reminders: follow-up controls on conversations.
• Document tools: PDF tracking and Fill & Sign actions.

Save changes and refresh open webmail tabs if the UI does not update. The same conceptual controls are offered for Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo, but provider DOM limitations can affect exact placement.

Connected inboxes list Google/Microsoft provider, email, and state. Disconnect stops future provider-backed work while existing activity remains.

Notifications

Choose desktop, email, or push for likely open, likely click, privacy fetch, PDF viewed, not opened after 24 hours, no reply after 72 hours, and multiple opens. Enable browser push before expecting the Push column to work.

Integrations

The integration grid shows supported business tools and whether a connection is active. Some providers require a separate marketplace/publication step or plan. Connected Gmail/Outlook mailboxes are managed under Inbox.

Account

Review signed-in email, plan, language, and time zone. The time zone affects reporting and scheduling interpretation. Account shortcuts open Connected devices and Sender addresses.

Connected devices represent authorized installations. Revoke a lost, retired, or unfamiliar device. Sender addresses/aliases must be verified before use; connecting a mailbox does not prove ownership of every From address.

Subscription

See plan and status, open Billing to manage payment/invoices, or compare plans. Feature entitlement is based on live subscription status; canceling or failed payment can remove access to paid controls while historical data remains subject to policy.

Privacy

Open recipient privacy requests, Compliance controls, the privacy policy, and account data actions. Export/delete operations can require reauthentication and active-subscription safeguards to prevent accidental loss.
