Request a signature on a PDF
The quick answer
Use Signature requests to upload a PDF and select its signer model. Choose one shared document for all signatures or separate signed copies when multiple people need individual outputs.

Open Files and documents, select Tracked documents, and open the Atlas proposal.
Show the page thumbnails and select page two. Use the zoom controls to inspect the document.
Choose Create link to share and name the link. Disable downloads, add a watermark, then create it.
Copy the new viewer link to your clipboard.
Review Maya's existing session, pages viewed, and time on each page.
For signing, choose one person, upload the PDF, and enter the signer. Apply the starting layout, position the signature field, and add a note before sending.
Request a PDF signature
Choose the signing model
Open Signature requests. Choose One person, Multiple people, or Only me. For multiple signers, decide between a shared final document and separate signed copies.
Prepare the request
Upload a PDF, enter the signer addresses, and add a message. Place and assign fields where the builder exposes those controls.
Review and send
Check the document and recipients before Send for signature. Use Sign and download for Only me.
Track completion
Review viewed/signed state, signed/total progress, reminders, and audit history. Sent document, recipient, and field context locks to preserve the signing record.
