Add a custom-domain sender to Gmail

The quick answer

Configure and verify the address with Gmail's Send mail as flow where supported, then verify the sender alias in Elite. Provider authorization and sending-domain authentication still need to permit that identity.

Use the correct From address

  1. Set up the address with your provider

Your domain/email provider must provision and authorize the sending address. Elite does not sell domain mailboxes.

  2. Verify in your mail provider

If using Gmail Send mail as or a Microsoft alias, complete the provider's ownership and sending configuration.

  3. Review Elite sender addresses

Use Sender addresses in the dashboard to verify aliases before provider-backed campaigns or scheduled work.

  4. Check a test send

Choose the intended From identity, confirm the connected mailbox, and verify both delivery and tracking in a separate test mailbox.
