Open Files and documents, select Tracked documents, and open the Atlas proposal.
Show the page thumbnails and select page two. Use the zoom controls to inspect the document.
Choose Create link to share and name the link. Disable downloads, add a watermark, then create it.
Copy the new viewer link to your clipboard.

For signing, choose one person, upload the PDF, and enter the signer. Apply the starting layout, position the signature field, and add a note before sending.

Find the exact request in Signature requests and review each recipient's state and timestamps.
Inspect the audit history
Use the available request history to distinguish request creation, viewing, signing, reminder, cancellation, and other state changes.
Keep the final document and history
Retain the completed PDF and audit evidence under your organization's retention policy.
