Create a campaign named Partner briefings. Check the sender and business details, then continue.

Add first-name and company fields with fallback text. Write the message, add a three-day follow-up, and continue to recipients.

Select Maya and Jon, then continue. Review the two recipients and the follow-up timing together.

Run preflight and read each result. This example needs sender setup before it can be launched.

Return to Campaigns to find the saved draft. Complete the flagged checks before approving a live send.

Save and reuse a template

  1. Open Templates

Use the content workspace to create a reusable message or snippet, with a name you can find later.

  2. Write reusable content

Keep the subject/body appropriate for future recipients. Use supported merge variables with a fallback when personal data may be missing.

  3. Load it in the compose flow

Choose Load template in the extension where the control is available, or choose the saved content in the relevant dashboard builder.

  4. Review before sending

Personalize the final message, check recipients and links, and confirm tracking and unsubscribe behavior for this send.
