Build an individualized campaign
Set up the sender
Open Campaigns and create a campaign. Connect the exact Gmail or Outlook mailbox and verify any sender alias. Add the sender/business identity and postal address for commercial mail.
Write your message
Set the subject and body with supported personalization. Add a follow-up only when appropriate and choose whether it requires human approval.
Choose eligible recipients
Select active contacts and review suppression, unsubscribe, and bounce status. Each person gets a separate message and recipient-scoped tracking.
Review before launch
Run Deliverability preflight. Check the sender, recipient count, message preview, sequence, and approval behavior before launching.
