Export tracking reports to CSV

The quick answer

Use the export available for the report, plan, and role after setting its date and account scope. Privacy protection and retention can make some network fields unavailable.

Export activity data

  1. Choose the report and scope

Open the relevant email, link, document, or team report. Set the account/team scope and date range first.

  2. Use the available export

Choose Export/CSV where the report exposes it and your plan/role permits it.

  3. Review the file

Check the headers, dates, classification, and recipient scope. Missing network fields can be the result of privacy protection or shorter network retention.

  4. Store it appropriately

Keep exported recipient information under your organization's access and retention policy. Deleting it in Elite does not delete copies elsewhere.
