Use Latest activity and Email tracking to move from individual events to reliable message-level understanding.
Latest activity
Latest activity is the chronological operational feed. Use it to answer “what just happened?” Search from the dashboard header by subject, recipient, or related text. Event rows retain their classification so a privacy preload is not displayed as a human open.
Marking or viewing a notification does not delete the underlying tracking event. Stopping tracking affects future collection, not historical evidence.
Email tracking report
Email tracking groups activity by message and adds aggregate visuals. Use the range control for 7, 30, 90, or 365 days and search within the loaded report. Depending on plan and data availability, the page can show:
- tracked messages, recipients, provider, and sent time;
- likely opens, likely clicks, total signals, and engagement stage;
- activity trend and calendar;
- signal-quality mix;
- weekly likely-open pattern;
- audience or recipient summaries.
Open a paid message evidence view to inspect each classified event with time, confidence, client, browser, OS, device, network, ISP/organization/ASN, location, and classification reason when available.
Interpret common KPIs
- Likely-open rate = tracked messages with qualifying likely-human open evidence divided by tracked messages in scope.
- Click rate = tracked messages with a likely-human click divided by tracked messages in scope.
- Total signals includes privacy and automated requests and should not be substituted for opens.
- Time to first likely open starts from provider-confirmed sent time where available and excludes scanner/proxy-only evidence.
- Engagement stage is a workflow summary, not a guarantee of buyer intent.
Group delivery warning
When a message has several recipients, its detail view warns that an event cannot identify which listed person caused it. Contact-level “hot” status should rely on recipient-scoped evidence, not ambiguous group opens.
Export and retention
Available exports respect account/team scope and compliance retention policy. If network retention is shorter than event retention, an older event can remain while raw IP/network fields have already been removed.
