Use Elite on another computer

The quick answer

Install the official extension in the new computer's browser and authorize the same Elite account. Each installation is a separate device; revoke old devices that you no longer use.

Install and connect

  1. Choose your browser

    Open Downloads and select Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Follow the installation route shown there; some releases or managed environments use an administrator-deployed package.

  2. Authorize Elite

    Open the extension and connect it to your Elite account. Connecting a Gmail or Outlook mailbox for sending and synchronization is a separate provider authorization.

  3. Reload your inbox

    Refresh Gmail, Outlook on the web, or Yahoo Mail after installation. Open a new compose window so the extension can attach its controls.

  4. Run a clean test

    Send one rich-text message to a separate mailbox you control with tracking enabled. Review Latest activity rather than repeatedly opening your sent copy.
