Frequently asked questions

Clicks appear automatically just after sending

The quick answer

Security gateways may visit every link immediately. Inspect the click classification; known scanner traffic should remain separate from likely-human clicks and should not drive a personal follow-up by itself.

In Latest activity, search for Atlas. Open Maya's message to inspect the individual report.

Check the recipient and timeline: one likely-human open, no clicks. You can download a certificate for this message.

Now open Elena's privacy-protected event. The privacy fetch stays separate from likely-human engagement.

Open Email tracking and change the report period to seven days. The report updates to the selected window.

Track a web link

  1. Use a complete destination

Insert a valid HTTP(S) URL in a rich-text email. Check the final destination before enabling tracking.

  2. Enable Link tracking

Use the compose control before sending, or the supported campaign link behavior. Do not edit opaque tracking tokens in an issued URL.

  3. Review click activity

Open the Link clicks report or Latest activity. Inspect the classification so a gateway scan is not mistaken for a person's click.

  4. Repair invalid redirects

If a link fails, check the original destination and security rewriting. Recreate a correctly registered link rather than changing its token by hand.
