Does a branded domain cover opens and PDF links?

A verified domain applies only to the routes the current product supports for that domain. Check the actual issued link and tracking settings; a branded link domain does not automatically move every image or document route to that hostname.
Verify a branded tracking domain
Choose a subdomain
On an eligible plan, open Settings → Tracking and add a hostname such as links.example.com.
Publish the displayed records
Copy the exact CNAME target and verification TXT record from Elite into your DNS provider. Remove conflicting records at that hostname.
Verify the route
Allow DNS propagation, then choose Verify. Active means the required DNS, encrypted route, and domain checks passed.
Monitor the hostname
Review reputation warnings before using the domain. Removing the Elite configuration does not remove the DNS records at your provider.
