Frequently asked questions

Elite appears more than once in Google connections

The quick answer

Separate clients or integration surfaces can produce separate grants. Review each application's identity and scope, then remove the unused grant through the provider's normal controls instead of guessing that every duplicate is harmful.

Remove provider or device access

  1. Disconnect in Elite

Use Mailboxes & sync for the relevant Gmail/Outlook connection, or Connected devices for an extension installation.

  2. Review the provider's connections

Open your Google or Microsoft account's third-party application access settings and find the exact Elite connection.

  3. Revoke the intended permission

Read the account and application identity before removing access. Several client integrations can appear as separate grants.

  4. Check the effects

Future sync and provider-backed work can stop. Existing tracking history follows retention policy; issued tracking/share links have separate lifecycle controls.
