Get started with Elite in Outlook

The quick answer

Choose the browser extension for Outlook on the web or the optional add-in for desktop Outlook. Connect Microsoft separately when you need provider-backed sending, synchronization, or reply analytics.

Choose an Outlook experience

  1. Outlook in your browser

Use the Elite extension in a supported browser with Outlook on the web or Microsoft 365. Reload the inbox after installation.

  2. Outlook on Windows or Mac

Use the optional Outlook add-in where it is available or deployed by your administrator. A browser extension cannot inject into the desktop application.

  3. Connect Microsoft for sending

Connect the intended Microsoft mailbox from Mailboxes & sync for campaigns, scheduled sends, and synchronization.

  4. Check a test message

Enable the relevant tracking control before sending and review the dashboard. An add-in workflow can require an explicit Track this message action.
