Frequently asked questions

Tracking emails sent later

The quick answer

Set tracking in the supported compose/scheduling flow before the message is queued, then verify the actual registered send. Provider-native schedules created outside that flow are not automatically guaranteed to be tracked.

Prepare a scheduled tracked send

  1. Connect the sending mailbox

Scheduled provider-backed work requires an active Gmail or Outlook connection for the exact sender.

  2. Compose and set tracking

Set Open tracking and Link tracking before scheduling, using the supported scheduling flow. Review any alias and recipient permission.

  3. Check the scheduled item

Review its time zone, due time, sender, status, and any required approval in Workflows.

  4. Verify after delivery

Check provider-confirmed send status and the registered message before interpreting open/click events.
