Frequently asked questions

Uninstall Elite from Chrome

The quick answer

Use Chrome's extension manager to remove the installation in the correct profile. Review account access, previously issued links, billing, and data separately if you also want those to change.

Remove an installation

  1. Identify the installation

Find the Elite browser extension, Gmail add-on, or Outlook add-in in the manager for that specific surface.

  2. Remove or disable it

Use the provider/browser's normal removal control. For managed installs, ask the administrator who deployed it.

  3. Review connected access

Revoke an unused authorized device or provider connection separately if you also want that access removed.

  4. Review billing and data

Use Billing to cancel renewal and Privacy for data actions when those are also intended. They are separate from uninstalling.
