Elite controls disappear from Gmail

A stale compose window, disabled installation, provider layout change, or another inbox extension can hide injected controls. Reload Gmail and start a new message, then use the extension troubleshooting sequence.
Restore the extension
Check the installation
Open your browser's extension manager. Confirm Elite Email Tracker is enabled in the profile where you use your inbox.
Check account and connection
Open the extension and confirm the signed-in account. Reconnect through the normal authorization flow if the connection has expired.
Reload and compose again
Refresh the webmail tab and start a new message. A compose window opened before installation or an update may lack controls.
Isolate an interference
Temporarily disable other inbox-modifying extensions and retest. If the issue remains, contact support with provider, browser, extension version, and reproduction steps.
