General troubleshooting
Fix blocked, bounced, or rejected sends
The quick answer
Find the affected delivery and provider error first. Resolve the sender or recipient problem, then retry only eligible unsent work so the campaign does not produce duplicates.

Create a campaign named Partner briefings. Check the sender and business details, then continue.
Add first-name and company fields with fallback text. Write the message, add a three-day follow-up, and continue to recipients.
Select Maya and Jon, then continue. Review the two recipients and the follow-up timing together.
Run preflight and read each result. This example needs sender setup before it can be launched.
Return to Campaigns to find the saved draft. Complete the flagged checks before approving a live send.
Investigate a sending problem
Read the provider result
Open the campaign or scheduled-send status and record the provider's error and affected delivery. Tracked engagement is separate from send acceptance.
Check the sender
Verify the exact Gmail/Outlook connection and any From alias. An expired provider authorization can stop queued work.
Check recipients and quota
Review address syntax, suppression, hard bounces, provider restrictions, and the remaining sending allowance.
Resume carefully
Fix the cause and use the available retry/resume path. Check completed deliveries before restarting so people do not receive duplicates.
