Link, PDF, sending, and deliverability problems

Resolve invalid tracked links, scanner clicks, revoked files, blocked sends, bounces, spam placement, and DNS verification.

The destination must be a registered complete HTTP(S) URL. Recreate the link instead of editing opaque tracking parameters. Check that the destination itself is valid and that mail security rewriting did not corrupt the URL.

Clicks appear before the person opened

Security gateways visit links during scanning. Check the click classification. Known scanners do not count as likely-human clicks. A likely-human click can imply an open; an automated click should not.

The issued link may have expired or been revoked. Check the asset's issued links. Create a new share link when access is appropriate. A downloaded local copy remains outside revocation.

Sending is blocked, bounced, or rejected

Open the campaign/scheduled-send status for the provider error. Confirm the exact sender connection is active, alias verified, recipient syntax valid, provider quota/policy allows the send, and contact is not suppressed. Hard bounces should remain excluded from future sends.

Mail lands in spam

Run Deliverability with the real sender/message/audience. Check SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, wanted-list quality, volume changes, content/links, and opt-out handling. No tool can guarantee inbox placement, and adding/removing a tracking pixel alone is rarely a complete explanation.

Branded domain will not verify

Publish the exact CNAME and TXT values shown under Tracking. Remove conflicting records, wait for DNS propagation, ensure the hostname serves HTTPS through the configured target, and click Verify again. A verified but reputation-flagged hostname needs reputation remediation, not repeated DNS verification.

Campaign follow-up did not send

Check whether the contact replied, opted out, bounced, was suppressed, is waiting for approval, or the provider connection failed. Check Approvals and Workflows activity before manually resending.
