Yes, with the sending scope, product permissions, and approval required by the send workflow. Reading, drafting, sending, execution, and administration have separate scopes. A client cannot approve its own reviewed send.

It can work with contacts, activity, campaigns, documents, signature state and signer reminders, polls, workflows, integrations, notifications, and other exposed MCP actions under the scopes and product permissions granted.

No. Access to your AI client is separate. Gmail mailbox data is excluded from cloud AI; Workspace data requires a verified provider policy that forbids generalized or foundational model training.

Revocation stops subsequent requests through that connection. It does not recall messages already sent or undo completed actions.
