Yes, with an authorized sender, message, timing, and supported conditions. Gmail sequences use fresh authored messages and require acknowledgement that replies and bounces will not stop them automatically.

Opt-outs, suppressions, and configured completion states can stop pending actions. Outlook can also use detected replies and bounces; Gmail cloud sequences cannot. A completed linked signature can stop a proposal follow-up.

Workflows combine automatic actions, review steps, and checklists. You complete or confirm checklist items; an email open is not proof that a task is done.
