My performance and KPI definitions

Read mailbox volume, response intelligence, heatmaps, rates, signal quality, relationships, and message evidence.

My performance combines provider-synchronized mailbox productivity with outbound tracking evidence. Choose Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or All time.

Top metrics

  • Sent emails: provider-synchronized outbound volume, with unique recipients.
  • Received emails: synchronized inbound volume, with unique senders.
  • People in your orbit: unique mailbox relationships in the selected scope.
  • Average response: the mean time for your responses; the median is shown because it is less distorted by a few very late replies.

Connect and sync Gmail or Outlook for complete sent/received and reply-time metrics. Extension-only tracking cannot reconstruct every inbound mailbox event.

Volume and response intelligence

Mailbox volume plots sent and received messages by day. Response intelligence separates your average/median reply time, others' first response time, and time to first likely open. “Not enough data” means the sample cannot support the metric; it is not zero.

Heatmaps

When you send and When email reaches you plot local weekday and hour using the displayed time zone. Dense cells show volume, not necessarily effectiveness. Compare them with Best time to follow up, which uses likely-human open evidence.

Engagement rates

  • Likely-open rate: messages with qualifying human-classified or clearly implied opens divided by tracked messages.
  • Link click rate: tracked messages with likely-human clicks divided by tracked messages.
  • PDF viewed rate: shared PDFs with viewer activity divided by PDFs shared; downloads are shown separately.

These are message-level business indicators, not a count of every network request.

Signal quality and consistency

Engagement over time compares tracked sends, likely opens, and likely clicks. Signal quality explains how much raw activity is human-classified versus privacy-protected, automated, or uncertain. Activity consistency places the chosen range in a twelve-month calendar context.

Top interactions

Switch between People and Domains to see the relationships occupying the most mailbox activity. Sent and received counts measure communication volume; they do not automatically indicate relationship quality.

Recent messages and paid evidence

Expand a recent message to inspect classified events. Paid evidence can include confidence, reason, client, browser, OS, device class, network, ASN/ISP, and location when observable. Group-delivery detail warns when no named-recipient attribution is possible. Top client/device/country/network breakdowns include only classified data and can be absent when privacy proxies hide it.
