Dashboard home and navigation
Understand every dashboard group, the home overview, global search, notifications, and account menu.
The dashboard is organized around the work you do, not around data tables.
Navigation groups
- Workspace: Home and Latest activity.
- Insights: Email tracking, Link clicks, Document analytics, and My performance.
- Relationships: Contacts.
- Content: Templates, Files & documents, Video messages, Polls, Signature requests, and Email signatures.
- Outreach: Campaigns, Approvals, and Deliverability.
- Automation: Workflows and AI & MCP.
- Account: Pricing & plans and Settings.
The bottom Team card opens the team workspace if you belong to one or begins the teammate invitation path if you do not.
Home
Home is an operational overview: recent tracked activity, engagement summaries, and shortcuts into the areas that need attention. Empty cards are normal for a new account; they populate as tracked sends, provider sync, document shares, and replies arrive.
Use Home to notice a pattern, then open the specialized report for evidence. For example, use the email report for signal mix, My performance for response timing, and Workflows for conversations that need action.
Global search
The desktop header search routes to Latest activity and searches the event feed. For contact-specific queries, use the Contacts search because it also covers company and tags. Each report has its own search scoped to the currently loaded data and range.
Header controls
- Upgrade appears when the account is not on a paid plan.
- Help opens the support/help surface.
- Notifications opens Latest activity.
- Profile shows the signed-in email, current plan, Account settings, and Log out.
On smaller screens, use the menu button to open the same grouped navigation. Dashboard data remains account- and role-scoped on the server; hiding or showing a navigation item is not the security boundary.
