Team workspace, members, and seats

Create and manage a team, invite people, understand reserved seats, offboard members, export data, and review audit records.

The Team workspace combines team activity, analytics, people/seats, access policy, settings, export, and audit history. If you are not in a team, the dashboard card begins the invitation/team setup path.

Invite members

Open People & seats, choose the initial role, and enter one or more addresses separated by lines or commas. Pending invitations reserve seats just like active members. A person accepts through the recipient-specific invitation page.

Members start with own-activity access. Managers can receive broader team analytics/activity according to configured role policy. Admin invitations and role management require appropriate admin/owner authority.

Seat capacity

The workspace displays purchased, reserved, active, pending, and available seats. The owner can add capacity in packs when the billing configuration permits it. Do not invite beyond available capacity; revoke stale pending invitations to free reserved seats.

Member detail and offboarding

Member rows show identity, role, status, and available performance context. Admins can change eligible roles. Removing a pending member revokes the invitation.

When removing an active member, choose whether to preserve or delete their tracking history. Preserving history maintains team reporting continuity; deleting should follow your retention/offboarding policy and may be irreversible. Offboarding does not revoke access to copies previously exported elsewhere.

Team settings and export

Administrators can rename the team, configure role access, export permitted team data, and review the audit log. Exports and pages apply server-side scope; a member cannot gain team-wide data by guessing an API URL.

  1. Confirm owner and billing capacity.
  2. Define manager/member visibility and permissions.
  3. Invite a small pilot group.
  4. Verify activity/analytics scope with test messages.
  5. Document offboarding and retention decisions.
  6. Invite the remaining team.
