Notifications and alerts
Configure desktop, email, and push alerts for engagement and follow-up conditions without creating noise.
Open Settings → Notifications to choose a channel for each event type. Supported channels are desktop, email, and browser push, subject to browser permission and plan.
Available event rules
- likely email open;
- likely link click;
- privacy-protected fetch;
- PDF viewed;
- not opened after 24 hours;
- no reply after 72 hours;
- opened multiple times.
Each checkbox saves that event/channel rule. Privacy-protected alerts are separate so you can observe remote-content behavior without treating it as a human open.
Enable browser push
Choose Enable browser push and approve the browser permission prompt. Push depends on the browser, operating-system notification settings, a valid service worker subscription, and the account's active rules. Private modes and aggressive browser cleanup can remove subscriptions.
Reduce alert fatigue
Use immediate desktop/push for likely clicks or high-value document activity. Use email for delayed conditions such as no reply. Disable per-response poll notifications for high-volume polls. Mute an individual conversation for seven days from Workflows → Priority inbox when the global rule is still useful.
If alerts do not arrive
Confirm the event appears in Latest activity first. Then check the event/channel rule, browser site permission, operating-system focus settings, and whether the installation is still connected. Privacy/scanner events do not trigger a likely-open rule; enable their own rule if desired.
